Day 27 of #40to40 and we’re going back to MINDSET: YOU DESERVE THIS so what’s holding you back from #negotiating?? You’re not trying to bankrupt anyone or maliciously taking advantage of anyone (at least that’s my expectation of anyone in my network). They can say ‘no’ if it’s not possible for them in this #negotiation.
Before you freak out or walk away before you’ve even started press #Pause and remember that you’ve prepared for this. You deserve this so why not go after it? They have something to gain too. You might be keeping them in business. You’ve got some #power in this. When in doubt press pause and regain your power.
