Day 30 of #40to40 is about #KNOWLEDGE

Take inventory of the knowledge you have and what can you acquire. What do you know about the context? The history? What patterns can you identify?

#People are creatures of habit so patterns are easy to identify. And plan around them.

When I’m working on #consulting projects one of the first things we do is dissect the knowledge they have and the patterns that emerge. Then we can plan around these patterns. It’s like having a built-in #Pause button. With knowledge of what could come you avoid the #brain freaking out because you’re already familiar with the circumstances.

Before you go into any difficult situation pause to consider the knowledge you have. #Parents, this means you too! You can spot a tantrum coming so use that knowledge to prevent or solve problems before you get caught up in your #stress.
