Day #32 of #40to40 is about the #FOLLOW THROUGH
It’s time to look ahead before you complete the #negotiation process. What happens at the end of the handshake is most often overlooked. I discuss this at length in my #training and #workshops because, if overlooked, it means you’ve been negotiating for nothing.
Who is going to do what and when? Is it even possible? There is sooooo much to unpack here but I’m going to keep it simple for our daily tip. Work with me to dig in further;) Consider the problems that could arise in the follow through and build them into the #negotiation proposal making process. #Parents, this is another one for you to consider as you give your #kids a task.
